However, some people distrust Facebook enough to want to unsubscribe from any service owned by Facebook, including the Instagram program.
If you want to delete your Instagram account, the process is surprisingly simple, considering the hoops that Facebook makes you jump through to delete your account there. If you want to delete your account from the application, first consider downloading all your images.
Note: A warning here too. Once this process is completed, your account will be deleted. That part is obvious, but you can not reopen a new account with the same name, so keep in mind that if you thought that deleting your account would be a good way to start over. It can still be, but only if you are willing to choose a new name, too.
How to delete your account
That said, let's move on. To remove your account from the app, visit the Instagram account removal page and sign in to your account.
Once you have logged in, select the reason why you want to delete your account from the drop-down menu.
Once again, enter your password to confirm that you want to delete your account and click on "Delete my account permanently".
That's all you have to do. Your Instagram has been deleted.
